Delete Your Account & Data
We respect your right to be forgotten.
What gets deleted: Your profile information (name, age, gender), all chat conversation
history across all companions, user preferences, and any other data associated with your account. This
action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: From the App
Open Yaply → tap the ⚙️ Settings icon → select Privacy → tap Delete My Data. Your data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to request deletion:

This opens your email app with a pre-filled message to support@yaplyapp.com
What Happens Next
- Processing Time: We will process your request within 7 business days
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted
- Scope: All data is deleted from our servers, including chat history, profile information, and usage data
- Third Parties: We will also request deletion from any third-party processors (e.g., AI model providers)
Data We Delete
- Your profile information (name, age, gender, language preferences)
- All chat conversations with every companion persona
- Session data and conversation summaries
- App usage analytics tied to your account
- Any preferences and settings stored on our servers
Data Stored Locally
Some data is stored only on your device (e.g., notification preferences, dark mode setting). To remove this data, simply uninstall the Yaply app from your device.
