User Responsibilities

AI-Generated Content

• Not Human Advice: Responses are AI-generated and should not be considered professional advice
• Not Medical/Legal: Do not rely on the App for medical, legal, or professional guidance
• Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• Personal Use: The App is designed for personal conversation and companionship only

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Yaply, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

• App Content: All content, features, and functionality are owned by Yaply and are protected by copyright and trademark laws
• User Content: You retain ownership of your chat messages, but grant us a license to store and process them to provide the service
• AI Models: Third-party AI models (via OpenRouter) are governed by their respective licenses

Subscription and Payments

• Free Tier: Limited daily messages available for free
• Paid Features: Unlimited messaging and premium features require subscription
• Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions at any time
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to applicable store policies (Google Play / Apple App Store)

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
